I have over 25 years experience in real estate sales, management, marketing and decorating/landscape design for new home model complexes. I have worked as the marketing manager for Austin Title Company, Broker Relations Coordinator for Sun City Georgetown, designed, decorated, and landscaped model home complexes for five years, managed the maintenance department for 18 model home complexes, sold new homes for over 12 years and the remaining part of my career has been dedicated to marketing builders and residential re-sale.
I am a self-motivated, extremely detail, and goal oriented personal. Through my years of experience, I have become very knowledgeable in the building business, finance, contracts, negotiating, home design, landscape design, and marketing. As a salesperson I have received numerous awards for being the top producing sales person and have remained so through out my career.

For three years I ran the Model Homes Department for the largest new home builder in Las Vegas. When I began the position there were 8 model home complexes, when I left there were 18. My duties included working with interior decorators to design the model home complexes, designing the exterior color schemes for the models, and working with the landscape architect to design the landscaping. I was in charge of all installation. I also hired and trained 5 people to do the maintenance on the model complexes.

I sold residential resale home, farm & ranch land, commercial land, and represented 7 new custom home builder. As a sales agent, I was one of the top 5 of the company each year. I also became a 25% owner of this company and it became the largest real estate firm in Austin until we sold it in 1987. While working with the builders that I represented, I found the land, worked with the architect to develop the correct floor plans, did the market study as to what floor plan to build, what standard features to include, and did much of the decorating.
